期内，公司股东应占溢利8.5万元，而上年同期为亏损3,507万元，实现扭亏为盈；每股基本盈利0.0001元，上年同期为每股亏损0.035元。

分部来看： 1. 加工食品业务实现收入13.69亿元，同比增长5.1%；毛利2.35亿元，同比增长3.3%，毛利率17.2%。 2. 禽畜饲料业务收入7.37亿元，同比下降10.8%；毛利0.53亿元，同比下降4.7%，毛利率提升至7.1%。 3. 肉品业务收入7.89亿元，同比增长1.1%；毛利0.45亿元，同比增长97.5%，毛利率由2.9%升至5.7%。

其他经营收入为1,564.7万元，上年同期为1,036.0万元；其他净损失292.0万元，较上年同期减亏。财务费用为922.0万元，同比增加24.3%。

截至2026年6月30日，集团现金及现金等价物余额5.64亿元，较2025年末增加3,209.1万元；计息借款降至3.76亿元，较2025年末减少6,288.2万元，计息借款对权益比率由18.1%降至15.4%。期内资本开支为3,062.0万元。

公司不派发2026年中期股息（上年同期亦未派息）。
