中集集团（中国国际海运集装箱（集团）股份有限公司，股票代码：02039）于2026年5月29日公布翌日披露报表，指当日通过香港联交所场内购回公司H股普通股共计600,000股，占购回前已发行股本的约0.0198%。本次回购的每股价格介乎每股9.58港元至9.85港元，合计支出约587.87万港元。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数维持3,089,837,895股不变，库藏股数量增至66,950,300股。根据公告，公司股东已于2025年5月15日通过购回授权，该授权可支持最多308,983,789股的回购，截至公告日公司已在包括香港联交所在内的市场回购66,950,300股，占授权通过当日已发行股本的约2.17%。公司同时确认已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。本次回购后，公司在境内外市场发行新股或转让库藏股的相关事宜将于2026年6月28日前处于暂止期。
