A report from Citi highlights that Amer, a U.S.-listed affiliate of ANTA SPORTS (02020), has raised its full-year guidance for 2026, following better-than-expected first-quarter results. This is viewed as a positive signal for both ANTA SPORTS and TOPSPORTS (06110).

Citi notes that Amer's upward revision of its 2026 outlook indicates the outdoor segment is expected to maintain a strong growth trajectory into the second quarter of 2026. ANTA SPORTS is increasing its exposure to the outdoor category through brands like Descente and Kolon, as well as via its affiliate Amer. Similarly, TOPSPORTS is boosting its focus on the outdoor sector through newly added brands such as Norrona and norda, alongside existing brands like The North Face and KAILAS.

Furthermore, Amer's sales in Greater China remained robust in the first quarter, surging 44% year-over-year. This performance strongly demonstrates the operational synergies with ANTA SPORTS. It also provides a positive operational blueprint for ANTA SPORTS' management of the Puma China business following its acquisition of Puma.
