Shareholders will vote on a proposal to change the company’s English name from “Persistence Resources Group Ltd” to “Persistence Gold Group Ltd,” and its Chinese name from “集海資源集團有限公司” to “集海黃金集團有限公司.”

According to the announcement dated 24 November 2025, the proposal requires both a special resolution at the EGM and approval by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands. Current share certificates will remain valid for trading and registration purposes, and existing shareholders will not be required to exchange them.
