黑石在声明中强调，宾州庞大的天然气储量是该项目落地的关键优势。该州丰富的能源储备将为数据中心运营提供稳定可靠的电力保障，形成能源供给与数字基建的协同效应。
根据双方协议，新成立的发电合资企业股权结构明确：PPL持有51%控股权，黑石则掌控剩余49%份额。这种股权配置既保障了本地能源企业对核心设施的主导权，又体现了国际资本深度参与地方基建的运作模式。
项目建设时间表已经确定，预计所有工程将于2028年底前全面启动。通过将数据中心集群与专属发电设施进行捆绑开发，黑石正在构建从能源供给到数据处理的完整产业闭环，这或将成为基建投资领域产融结合的新范式。
