CHINA ENERGY (00228) announced that Zhonghui Andah Certified Public Accountants has resigned as the company's auditor, effective October 16, 2025. Based on the company's articles of association and the recommendations of the audit committee, Furmats Mazars has been appointed as the new auditor, effective from October 16, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Zhonghui Andah's resignation, until the conclusion of the company’s next annual general meeting.
