MACAU LEGEND (01680) announced that Mr. Lau Ngai Kei's tenure as an independent non-executive director will expire on December 28, 2025. Mr. Lau has decided not to renew his term upon expiration and will concurrently step down as chairman of the company's audit committee and member of both the remuneration and nomination committees.
