2026年8月10日，医渡科技有限公司（02158）发布自愿性公告称，其联属公司医渡云（北京）技术有限公司成功中标“首都医科大学附属首都儿童医学中心通州院区信息化配套建设项目”，中标金额约为人民币860万元。
公告显示，医渡科技定位于为中国医疗体系提供智能化升级解决方案，通过自主研发的“真正懂疾病的AI”技术，向医疗生态中的“医、药、险、患”各环节提供决策支持。
公司表示，此次中标将助力首都儿研所通州院区的信息化建设，为当地医疗服务体系提供技术支持。
截至公告日，医渡科技执行董事为宫盈盈、徐济铭及封晓瑛；非执行董事为曾鸣；独立非执行董事为马维英、潘蓉容及张林琦。公告由执行董事兼董事长宫盈盈于2026年8月10日在香港发布。
