环球印馆（08448）8日公告，已按《公司收购守则》向独立股东寄发有关无条件强制性现金要约的回应文件。该要约由智易东方证券有限公司代表要约人提出，涉及环球印馆全部已发行股份（要约人、陈先生及其一致行动人士已拥有或已同意收购的股份除外）。
根据公告披露的时间表： 1. 要约文件及接纳表格已于3月20日寄发，同日起开放接纳； 2. 回应文件已于4月8日寄发； 3. 接纳要约的最后时间为4月22日（星期三）16:00； 4. 要约结果将于4月22日19:00或之前在联交所网站公布； 5. 有效接纳股份的现金代价将于5月4日或之前寄发。
公告提醒独立股东在决定是否接纳要约前，应详细阅读回应文件所载董事会函件、独立董事委员会建议以及独立财务顾问意见，并考虑自身情况及投资目标。公司亦提示，若恶劣天气于关键期限内生效，接纳截止时间及支付日期将相应顺延。
