9月23日，力勤资源续涨逾12%，股价再刷历史新高！刚果（金）延长钴出口禁令，公司印尼湿法镍项目或受益。
据报道，刚果（金）战略矿产监管机构周日表示，该国将延长钴出口禁令至10月15日，将于10月16日解除钴出口禁令，并实施年度出口配额。根据公告，矿企将在2025年剩余时间内被允许出口至多18,125吨钴，2026年和2027年的年度上限则为96,600吨。申万宏源认为，后续供给偏紧的情况下，预计短期钴价将持续上涨，且长期来看，刚果金政府对钴供给管控态度明确，钴价远期中枢也有较强支撑。
据民生证券，力勤资源与合作伙伴在印尼Obi岛合作投资镍冶炼产线，湿法镍规划产能合计12万吨镍+1.4万吨钴，权益产能6.9万吨镍+0.82万吨钴，2024年已全部投产；火法项目一期产能9.5万吨，已与2023年投产，二期项目部分产线已于2025H1投产，2026年全部投产，公司产能将增至28万吨，权益产能增至15.5万吨，产能弹性大。民生证券认为，公司印尼湿法镍产能规模大，成本具备优势，有望显著受益于钴价上行。
