Haier Smart Home Executes Share Buyback of 1.17 Million Shares Across Shanghai and Hong Kong

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. repurchased a combined 1.17 million A- and H-shares on 10 September 2026, according to its latest Next Day Disclosure Return.

The company bought 670,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices between RMB 21.12 and RMB 21.30, spending RMB 14.21 million. These shares will be held as treasury stock for forthcoming share incentive schemes, trimming A-share free float by 0.01095 % to 6.12 billion shares and lifting treasury holdings to 57.79 million shares as of the same date.

On the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Haier Smart Home repurchased 500,000 H-shares for cancellation at prices ranging from HKD 20.78 to HKD 20.92, for a total consideration of HKD 10.42 million. Including the 500,000 H-shares repurchased on 9 September 2026 that are also pending cancellation, the company has utilised 1.00 million shares, or 0.03504 % of the 285.36 million-share mandate approved on 24 June 2026. No H-shares have yet been cancelled, so the issued H-share capital remains at 2.85 billion.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, Haier Smart Home is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 10 October 2026 following these buybacks.
