Zylox-Tonbridge Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (ZYLOXTB) disclosed that it bought back 54,000 H shares on 27 August 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 21.58 to HKD 22.06, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.18 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s treasury stock rose to 12.83 million shares, while issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) decreased to 323.52 million. The latest buyback represents 0.0163% of the company’s issued H and domestic shares before the repurchase.
The purchase was executed under the general mandate approved on 13 May 2026, which authorises Zylox-Tonbridge to repurchase up to 32.72 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.94 million shares, equivalent to 1.18% of the issued share count at the time the mandate was granted.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares, effective until 26 September 2026. The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations and that all funds due have been received.
