Beijing Enterprises Water Sets RMB Option for 2025 Final Dividend of HK$0.0925 per Share

Beijing Enterprises Water Group Limited has released the dividend currency election details for its final dividend relating to the year ended 31 December 2025.

The board declared a cash dividend of 9.25 Hong Kong cents per share. Shareholders may elect to receive the entire dividend in Renminbi, with the conversion fixed at HK$1.00 = RMB0.872084. Partial currency election is not permitted, except for HKSCC Nominees Limited, which may opt for a mixed-currency settlement.

Key timetable: • Record date: Friday, 5 June 2026. • Election deadline: 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 2 July 2026. Completed forms must reach the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.

Shareholders who do not submit a valid election form by the deadline will automatically receive their dividend in Hong Kong dollars.

Holders opting for Renminbi should ensure they maintain a suitable bank account for RMB cheque clearance and note that handling charges or processing delays may occur. Once the company processes the election, the dividend payment will be deemed fully settled and no further liability will rest with the issuer.

All joint holders must sign the election form; corporate holders must apply an authorized signature or common seal. Any amendments on the form require countersignature for validation.
