指尖悅動控股(6860)在2025年12月30日宣布，與山丘投資控股有限公司（獨立第三方）訂立協議，處置共59,672.888股L類股份，作價現金約8,900萬港元。由於相關百分比率超過5%但低於25%，本次出售事項構成須予披露交易。

本次交易的付款分兩部分，完成時支付1,000萬港元，其餘7,900萬港元在完成後90日內支付。協議達成並無任何先決條件，完成已於簽署時落實。買方已簽署股份押記，若其未能按時付清剩餘款項，指尖悅動控股可酌情行使擔保權益。

公司披露，至2025年6月30日，此批L類股份的未經審計賬面淨值約為人民幣7,974.56萬元（約8,686萬港元），本次出售價格為8,900萬港元，預計帶來約214萬港元的淨收益。該受讓股份原始認購成本約為5,945萬港元，現時轉讓鎖定一定收益。

交易完成後，指尖悅動控股不再持有基金的任何權益。本次處置所得約8,800萬港元淨額將用於指尖悅動控股在中國的現有手機遊戲業務，包括遊戲授權及收購、新遊戲及現有遊戲的研發、推廣及發行等項目。公司認為，這有助於提高核心業務的整體收益及促進長期增長。由於本次出售超過5%但低於25%的百分比率，此項交易需遵守上市規則第14章下的申報及公告規定。
