深圳控股有限公司（00604）8月17日公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，预计期内归属于权益股东的综合亏损约为19亿港元至21亿港元。上年同期公司录得约26.2亿港元的亏损。
公司指出，亏损同比收窄的主要综合因素包括： 1) 期内应占联营公司亏损及联营公司减值亏损减少； 2) 存货撇减增加； 3) 期内竣工并交付给买家的物业毛利率下降。
公告显示，第一项因素的正面影响超过了第二、三项不利影响，导致整体归属于权益股东的亏损同比减少。
上述数据未经公司独立核数师审计或审核委员会审阅。深圳控股计划于2026年8月底公布该期间的正式业绩。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司证券时保持审慎。
