WEIHAI BANK (09677) announced on December 24, 2025, that it has entered into a domestic share subscription agreement with Caixin Assets. The bank intends to issue up to 327,989,709 domestic shares to Caixin Assets at a subscription price of RMB 3.29 per share, with a total cash consideration not exceeding RMB 1,079,086,143. The net proceeds from the issuance, after deducting related expenses, will be entirely allocated to replenish the bank's core tier-1 capital.
