LERADO FIN (01225) Issues Profit Alert, Expects First Half Performance to Turn from Loss to Profit of Approximately HK$49 Million

LERADO FIN (01225) announced that the company expects to achieve a consolidated net profit of approximately HK$49 million for the first half of 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately HK$35 million in the same period last year. The profit was primarily attributable to fair value gains of approximately HK$5 million on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss during the period, whereas fair value losses of approximately HK$43 million on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss were recognized in the same period of 2024; and reversal of financing costs of approximately HK$23 million arising from bond redemption for the year ended June 30, 2025.
