畅捷通（01588）于2026年5月15日公告，已于香港联交所场内回购股份。本次回购数量为19,200股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.01%。回购价格介于每股5.50港元至5.58港元，总金额约10.66万港元。
本次回购完成后，畅捷通已发行股本仍为135,901,211股，其中库存股份数增至684,600股。公司回购授权于2026年5月8日获得通过，根据该授权可回购股份总数13,529,821股；截至目前，公司已合计回购81,600股。
公告称，公司已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。本公告由畅捷通联席公司秘书鲍洁签署。
