COMBA (02342) announced that Ms. Wang Luolin will resign as independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit and remuneration committees, as she intends to devote more time to other matters. Effective October 16, 2025, Dr. Chan will be appointed as independent non-executive director, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the audit and remuneration committees.
