7Road Holdings Limited reported that as of 23 September 2026 the total number of issued shares stands unchanged at approximately 2.51 billion.
Between 7 and 23 September, the company repurchased 1.51 million ordinary shares for cancellation at a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.09, spending about HKD 1.65 million. The repurchased shares account for 0.06 % of the share capital approved under the current buyback mandate, which allows for the purchase of up to 250.81 million shares.
On the most recent trading day, 23 September, 26,000 shares were bought back on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 1.03 per share for a total consideration of HKD 26,780.
All 1.51 million repurchased shares are pending cancellation; therefore, the issued share count has not yet decreased. A moratorium restricts 7Road from issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 23 October 2026.
The board confirmed that the buybacks were executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules and the August 17 Explanatory Statement, with all requisite authorisations and filings completed.
