碧桂园控股有限公司（02007）于2026年2月20日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示公司因强制性可转换债券转股，已发行普通股股票数量出现变动。
公告称，公司于2026年2月16日的已发行股份数为41,715,871,999股。因转换2025年6月30日起计78个月到期的零息强制性可转换债券，公司于2026年2月20日发行10,660,314股新股，每股价格为2.6港元，占当日前已发行股份总数的0.0256%。变动完成后公司已发行股本增至41,726,532,313股。
公司在公告中确认，相关股份发行已获董事会正式授权，并遵守《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》及适用法律的规定。公告由联席公司秘书罗杰签署。
