Zhong Ying International Group Limited (ZY Intl) reported no changes to its share capital for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to the company’s monthly return filed on 4 August 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Authorised Capital • The authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing HKD 20.00 million in total authorised capital.

Issued Shares and Treasury Shares • Issued shares stood unchanged at 57.55 million. • The company held no treasury shares during the period, leaving total issued shares (including any treasury shares) also at 57.55 million.
