International oil prices experienced a decline on the 18th, marking a third consecutive day of losses. At the close of trading, the price of light sweet crude oil for October delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by $1.61 to settle at $100.30 per barrel, a decrease of 1.58%. Meanwhile, London Brent crude oil for November delivery dropped by 95 cents to close at $103.87 per barrel, representing a decline of 0.91%.

According to the pricing mechanism for refined oil products, domestic gas stations are scheduled to undergo a new round of price adjustments for September at 24:00 on the 24th. As of the 19th, monitoring data on the crude oil change rate indicates that gasoline is projected to increase by 590 yuan per tonne, while diesel is set to rise by 570 yuan per tonne.

When converted to retail prices, it is estimated that 92-octane gasoline will increase by approximately 0.47 yuan per litre, 95-octane gasoline by about 0.50 yuan per litre, and 0-diesel by roughly 0.49 yuan per litre. It's important to note that these figures represent projections based on institutional calculations and the final adjustment range will be subject to official announcements.
