ALMANA (08186) announced that, effective January 14, 2026, Mr. Zhang Zhirong has been appointed as an executive director of the company.
Mr. Han Mingsheng has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Zhang Chuanbang has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Board's Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.
