此外，整个内房股板块今日早盘普遍走低。市场分析人士指出，尽管近期有关部门表示将加快完善与房地产发展新模式相匹配的融资制度，但短期内房地产市场复苏动力仍显不足。国信证券报告指出，经历一季度需求脉冲复苏后，购房需求短期冲高回落，叠加房企推盘节奏放缓，导致地产销售复苏乏力。在此背景下，融创中国等房企股价承受下行压力。
