Bulletin Express
May 22

Mainland Headwear Holdings Limited (Mainland Headwear) disclosed a leadership transition set to take effect on 23 May 2026.

James Scott Patterson will step down as an Executive Director to focus on other commitments. The company noted that Patterson has no disagreement with the Board and no additional matters require shareholder or exchange attention.

Concurrently, Kevin Robert Wilson, aged 61, will join the Board as an Executive Director. Wilson brings more than three decades of finance and business-management experience. He is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of New Era Cap Global, LLC, a role he has held since March 2014. His prior career includes senior finance positions at Levi Strauss & Co. (2006–2014) and a 17-year tenure at Ford Motor Company across North and South America (1989–2006).

Wilson entered into a one-year renewable appointment with Mainland Headwear, receiving an annual director’s fee of HK$0.12 million, plus a discretionary bonus subject to Board and Remuneration Committee evaluation. He will hold office until the next annual general meeting, at which point he will be eligible for re-election and subsequently subject to retirement by rotation in line with the company’s bye-laws and Hong Kong listing regulations.

The Board expressed appreciation for Patterson’s contributions and formally welcomed Wilson to his new role.
