创新实业（02788）3月17日公告，旗下全资子公司内蒙古创源分别与控股股东崔立新持股71.82%的山东创新集团签订两份股权转让协议，计划同步推进两项收购：一是以52.55亿元收购山东创源剩余41.5%股权；二是以100.08亿元收购通辽智慧矿业100%股权。交易完成后，山东创源与通辽智慧矿业将均成为创新实业全资子公司。
