山东墨龙石油机械股份有限公司（00568）7月29日公告，25,678,400股新H股配售已全部完成，配售价为每股4.58港元。 本次配售引入不少于六名独立第三方承配人。配售股份占扩股后已发行H股总数约9.11%，占扩股后已发行股份总数约3.12%。扣除佣金及相关费用后，公司共募集资金净额约1.16亿元港币。 配售完成后，公司已发行股份总数由7.98亿股增至8.24亿股。其中，H股由2.56亿股增至2.82亿股；A股维持在5.42亿股不变。 公司表示，已取得香港联交所上市委员会批准配售股份上市及买卖，并将按照中国证监会规定就配售事项及时完成备案。
