Quam Plus International Financial Limited (952) has accepted an offer on 22 October 2025 to sell a residential property in Hillsborough, California, for US$7.5 million (approximately HK$58.5 million). According to the announcement, the transaction qualifies as a discloseable transaction under Hong Kong listing regulations.

The property, acquired in August 2023 through a debt settlement arrangement, is a two-story single-family home with a total building area of roughly 6,520 square feet on a site measuring around 0.71 acres. Since its acquisition, it remained vacant without generating rental income.

Upon completion, the company expects to record an unaudited disposal gain of approximately US$100,000 (HK$780,000), based on the difference between the sale price and the carrying value of US$7.4 million. The proceeds are intended for partial repayment of bank borrowings and for general working capital purposes.

The deal’s consideration will be settled in part by an initial deposit and the remaining balance to be released at completion, expected within 21 days following acceptance of the offer. The purchasers are individuals independent of the company and its connected persons, in compliance with the relevant listing rules.
