For the quarter ended April 30, 2025, Rubrik reported total revenue of $278.5 million, a 49% increase year-over-year, surpassing the analyst consensus estimate of $260.35 million. The company's subscription revenue, a key metric for software-as-a-service businesses, grew by 54% to $265.7 million. Rubrik's non-GAAP net loss per share came in at $0.15, significantly better than the expected loss of $0.32 per share.
Investors were particularly encouraged by Rubrik's robust growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). The company's Subscription ARR grew 38% year-over-year to $1.18 billion, while its customer base with $100,000 or more in Subscription ARR expanded by 28% to 2,381. These metrics underscore Rubrik's success in acquiring and retaining high-value customers in the competitive cybersecurity market. Furthermore, Rubrik raised its full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $1,179 million to $1,189 million, up from its previous forecast of $1,145 million to $1,161 million, signaling management's confidence in sustained growth.
