顺丰控股股份有限公司(06936)于2026年7月27日发布公告，披露该公司在香港联交所场内回购H股434,000股，占回购前公司已发行H股的约0.01%。回购价介乎每股32.78港元至33.18港元，合计动用资金14,329,295.97港元，折合约1,432.93万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司H股已发行股份由2026年7月24日的459,581,869股降至459,147,869股，库藏股数量由6,295,800股增至6,729,800股，合计已发行股份数保持在465,877,669股不变。同时，公司A股于本期无新增变动，维持已发行股份4,799,430,409股。
另外，公告提及公司于2026年5月8日通过购回授权，可在港交所或其他证券交易所购回最多24,000,000股。截至目前，公司依据该授权合计已回购6,729,800股H股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股份总数约2.8%。本次回购结束后，公司在新股发行及再次出售或转让库藏股方面，将遵守相关暂止期至2026年8月26日。公告并指出，公司已就上述事项充分遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
