Strategic Milestones • ATAL Tower, the new Hong Kong headquarters, secured BEAM Plus New Buildings V2.0 Platinum rating, confirmed over 5,200 kg CO₂-e removals via onsite microalgae reactors and generated 10,000 kWh of solar power. • AlgoSeries—Digital Twin and AI solutions for water treatment, tunnels and data-centre operations—launched to support clients’ decarbonisation and smart-city goals. • Over 50% of building-services projects now adopt BIM and DfMA-MiMEP construction technologies; target is 60% by 2030. • Attained Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 for software development and ISO 27001 information-security certification. • Established the NJU-ATAL Smart Environmental Technology Research Institute with Nanjing University to accelerate R&D in precision environmental control.

Forward Targets (2030 unless stated) • Switch 100% of vehicle fleet to alternative fuels. • Cut energy consumption 30% from 2021 baseline. • Maintain customer-satisfaction ratings at “good” or above. • Achieve average ≥15 training hours per employee annually and keep industrial-accident rate at ≤2 per 1,000 workers. • Increase female intake on HKIE Scheme “A” Graduate Training programme to 20% by 2026.

Governance and Disclosure The board-level Sustainability Committee, supported by four working groups, oversees performance. ESG-linked goals are integrated into salary reviews for directors and senior management. Analogue earned “B” scores on CDP Climate Change and Water Security, and ranks in the top 25% on EcoVadis.

Analogue Holdings reiterated its commitment to embed sustainability across the value chain, citing record order books and ongoing investment in smart-city, renewable-energy and resource-optimisation technologies to drive long-term value creation.
