MINIEYE (02431) announced that effective September 19, 2025, there will be changes to the composition of the Board's Nomination Committee. Dr. Liu Guoqing, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director, will cease to serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, while Ms. Liu Yiran, Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee. Following these changes, the Nomination Committee will comprise three members: Dr. Xiang Yang (Chairman), Dr. Tan Mingkui, and Ms. Liu Yiran.
