China Everbright Greentech Limited (CEB Greentech) announced on 28 August 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.ebgreentech.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive hard copies will find the printed report enclosed. Others are encouraged to access the digital version, with the board highlighting online review as the preferred method.

Investors encountering difficulties with email notifications or website access—and those who wish to switch to printed materials—can submit a duly completed “Change Request Form” to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or via email to 1257-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be dispatched free of charge upon request.

Shareholders are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address. Until a functional address is supplied, the company will send notices of publication and actionable corporate communications in printed form.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notice was issued under the authority of Executive Director and Board Chairman Zhu Fugang on behalf of CEB Greentech.
