CICC Announces Final Coupon Rates for Two Tranches of 2026 Corporate Bonds

CICC (HKEX: 03908) has announced the final coupon rates for its two-tranche bond issuance.

China International Capital Corporation Limited has received regulatory approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to issue corporate bonds of up to RMB 35 billion to professional investors. The bonds are jointly underwritten by China Securities Co., Ltd., Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd.

The current issuance, designated as the 2026 Corporate Bonds (Fifth Tranche) for professional investors, has a total issuance scale not exceeding RMB 4 billion. This issuance is divided into two series. Series One has a maximum issuance amount of RMB 4 billion, and Series Two also has a maximum issuance amount of RMB 4 billion, with the combined total for both series not exceeding RMB 4 billion.

The initial coupon rate inquiry range for Series One was set between 1.20% and 2.20%, while the range for Series Two was between 1.30% and 2.30%. The final coupon rates were to be determined within these ranges based on the results of the book-building process.

Following the book-building and inquiry process with investors conducted by the lead underwriters on June 16, 2026, the final coupon rates have been set. The rate for Series One has been finalized at 1.67%, and the rate for Series Two has been set at 1.80%.

The issuer will proceed with the offline offering to professional institutional investors at these determined coupon rates from June 17 to June 18, 2026.
