2026年8月6日，上海大众公用事业（集团）股份有限公司（股票代码：01635，下称“大众公用”）公告称，其与大众交通（集团）股份有限公司、北京律动私募基金管理有限公司共同设立的无锡律曜创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）已触发合伙协议中的解散条款，并于2026年8月5日经全体合伙人一致同意解散。\n\n根据2026年7月29日通过的董事会决议，大众公用原拟作为有限合伙人认缴出资人民币1.5亿元；无锡律曜的认缴出资总额为2.01亿元。截至公告披露日，该基金已完成工商登记，但尚未完成基金备案程序，也未开展任何实际投资。\n\n大众公用表示，终止上述投资不会对公司的经营、财务状况和未来发展战略产生重大不利影响，亦无需承担任何额外责任或义务。
