城市酷选有限公司(“城市酷选”，股份代号：8050)日前发布公告，披露其继续就最低公众持股量向香港联合交易所有限公司(“联交所”)申请豁免，并获批将延长期限由原定2026年1月16日至2026年2月28日，缩短至2026年2月6日止。该豁免旨在让收购城市酷选的要约人香港酷选集团有限公司有更多时间处置超额持股，从而使公司符合GEM上市规则下25%的最低公众持股量要求。
\n\n根据公告，城市酷选在此前无条件强制性现金要约结束后，公众人士所持股份已降至公司已发行股本的约17.22%，低于GEM上市规则规定的25%。公司曾获联交所授出自2025年10月13日至2026年1月15日的初始豁免期，后因公众持股量仍未达标而申请将豁免期由2026年1月16日延长至2026年2月28日。其后，于2026年2月3日完成相关股份转让后，公司的公众持股量已恢复至25%的法定水平，故公司向联交所提出修订申请，将延长期限缩短至2026年2月6日。公告显示，联交所已同意该修订申请并授出延长豁免，有效期至2026年2月6日。
