Far East Holdings International Limited (FE HLDGS INTL) released a quarterly update detailing its progress toward meeting Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) requirements for the resumption of trading, which has been suspended since 3 February 2026.

The Group’s core property-investment business has continued to operate “as usual.” As disclosed in the 2025 Annual Report, the value of its Hong Kong commercial property portfolio stood at HK$681.70 million as at 31 December 2025, down from HK$768.30 million a year earlier. Rental income for 2025 was HK$11.80 million, compared with HK$14.20 million in 2024. Management is seeking to enhance returns by diversifying the tenant mix, boosting occupancy and considering selective property acquisitions or disposals.

On 13 February 2026, the HKEX set two conditions for trading resumption: 1) Demonstrate compliance with Listing Rule 13.24 (sufficient operations and assets). 2) Disclose all material information necessary for shareholders and investors to assess the Company’s position.

The Board stated that it is evaluating measures to satisfy Rule 13.24, including potential expansion into property management and optimisation of its investment-property portfolio. It also believes all material information has been disclosed and will continue regular updates.

Under Listing Rule 6.01A(1), securities suspended for 18 consecutive months risk delisting; for FE HLDGS INTL, the deadline falls on 2 August 2027. Trading in the shares will remain halted until further notice, and shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
