VOBILE GROUP (03738) announced the completion of its bond issuance with a total principal amount of HK$1.6 billion. All preconditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled and settled on September 29, 2025, with the bond issuance successfully completed on the same date. The bonds were listed on Vienna MTF, operated by the Vienna Stock Exchange, on September 29, 2025.
