SHUN WO GROUP (01591) announced that Mr. Li Guohui has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Mei Cheng, and Director of the Group's subsidiaries, effective October 27, 2025, due to personal commitments. Following his resignation, Mr. Li will assume the role of Maintenance Director at Hop Kee Engineering Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
