**I. Securities Market Review**

According to data from Nancai Financial Terminal, during last week (September 22-26), the Shanghai Composite Index rose 0.21% to close at 3,828.11 points with a weekly high of 3,866.11 points. The Shenzhen Component Index gained 1.06% to close at 13,209.0 points with a high of 13,529.33 points. The ChiNext Index advanced 1.96% to close at 3,151.53 points with a high of 3,266.0 points.

In global markets, most major indices declined. The Nasdaq Composite fell 0.65%, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.15%, and the S&P 500 decreased 0.31%. In the Asia-Pacific region, the Hang Seng Index declined 1.57%, while the Nikkei 225 Index rose 0.69%.

The combined margin trading and securities lending balance for the Shanghai and Shenzhen markets reached 2,416.8 billion yuan, including 2,400.398 billion yuan in margin financing balance and 16.402 billion yuan in securities lending balance. The total margin trading balance increased by 26.377 billion yuan compared to the previous week.

By market, the Shanghai market's margin trading balance stood at 1,230.062 billion yuan, up 11.109 billion yuan from the previous week. The Shenzhen market's balance was 1,186.738 billion yuan, increasing by 15.268 billion yuan week-over-week.

Last week, 3,447 individual stocks received margin financing purchases across both markets, with 247 stocks receiving purchases exceeding 1 billion yuan. SMIC, Eoptolink, and Innolight ranked in the top three with purchase amounts of 17.758 billion yuan, 17.023 billion yuan, and 15.642 billion yuan respectively.
