Huajin Intl Sets 25 June 2026 AGM to Approve 2025 Results, Board Re-elections and Share Issuance Mandates

Huajin International Holdings Limited will convene its 2026 Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2026 at 2:30 p.m. in Kowloon, Hong Kong. The agenda comprises six ordinary resolutions:

1. 2025 Financial Statements • Shareholders will be asked to receive and adopt the audited consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2025 together with the accompanying directors’ and auditor’s reports.

2. Board Composition and Remuneration • Re-election of Executive Directors: Mr. Xu Songqing and Mr. Chen Chunniu • Re-election of Non-executive Director: Mr. Xu Jianhong • Authorisation for the board to determine directors’ remuneration

3. Auditor • Re-appointment of KTC Partners CPA Limited as external auditor and authorisation for the board to fix its remuneration

4–6. Share Capital Authorities • General mandate allowing directors to allot, issue and deal with unissued shares • General mandate to repurchase issued shares • Extension of the issue mandate by adding the number of shares repurchased under the above authorisation

Proxy forms and related authorisations must be lodged with Union Registrars Limited at least 48 hours before the meeting. Holders of Huajin Intl ordinary shares of HK$0.01 each are entitled to attend, speak and vote in person or by proxy.
