Sino-Synergy Holds Share Capital Steady in July 2026, Confirms 15% Public Float Compliance

For the month ended 31 July 2026, Sino-Synergy Hydrogen Energy Technology (Jiaxing) Co., Ltd. reported no changes to either its authorised or issued share capital, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 August 2026.

Total authorised/registered capital remained at RMB 518.04 million, split between: • H shares: 393.90 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each. • Domestic shares: 124.14 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 509.99 million shares, comprising: • 385.86 million H shares in issue and 8.04 million H shares held in treasury. • 124.14 million Domestic shares in issue, with no treasury stock. No new shares were issued, cancelled, or repurchased during the month.

Public float requirements were met. The exchange-granted waiver sets Sino-Synergy’s minimum public float at 15 % of total issued share capital, and the company confirmed compliance as at 31 July 2026.

Under the Pre-IPO Share Incentive Scheme (adopted 28 October 2022), 3.61 million share options remain outstanding; there were no grants, exercises, cancellations, or lapses in July, and no funds were raised from option exercises.

The filing indicates no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no additional share movements occurred in the period.
