China Cultural Tourism and Agriculture Group Limited (CN CULTURAL-NEW) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of annual general meeting (AGM) and proxy form are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.cctagroup.com.hk, Investor Relations section) and on the HKEx news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).
Printed versions of these corporate communications have been mailed to shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery. All registered shareholders retain the option to switch between electronic and printed formats at any time without charge by submitting the prescribed Reply Form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.
Shareholders encountering difficulties in viewing the online documents—or wishing to change their communication preferences—may request printed copies free of charge.
