首佳科技制造有限公司（00103）于2026年2月27日公告称，当日回购77,000股股份并持作库藏，回购价格介乎每股2.83港元至2.85港元，涉资约218,900港元，约占回购前已发行股本的0.0148%。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数为519,243,941股，库藏股数增至15,784,000股，合计仍为535,027,941股。本次回购基于2025年6月10日通过的购回授权，剩余回购额度为47,001,163股。公司同时确认已遵守相关上市规则及法律规定。
