Goldwind Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (02208) announced that its shareholder, Harmony Health Insurance Co., Ltd. - Universal Product ("Harmony Health"), which holds 285 million shares (approximately 6.754122% of the company's total shares), plans to reduce its stake.
The reduction will be executed through centralized bidding within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date (December 1, 2025, to February 27, 2026). Harmony Health intends to sell no more than 42.2224 million shares, representing about 0.999331% of the company's total shares.
