Keppel Ltd. (BN4) announced that the High Court of DKI Jakarta, on May, 13 2026, upheld an earlier South Jakarta District Court decision declaring a lawsuit by individual claimant Tumpal Hutabarat against its wholly owned subsidiary, PT. Kepland Investama, inadmissible.
\n\n The High Court also ordered the claimant to bear the court costs. Keppel had previously updated investors on the case on Mar, 17 2025, Feb, 23 2026 and Mar, 18 2026.
