百胜中国控股有限公司（09987）于2026年2月20日刊发翌日披露报表，公告显示公司在2026年2月19日于美国市场回购54,582股普通股，每股价格介乎约每股美元54.40至55.66，合计支付约美元2,999,952.26。同时，公司另行披露已在2026年2月19日注销先前回购的54,047股股份。
根据公告，期间公司亦向股份计划参与人（董事除外）发行1,002股新股，每股发行价为美元54.61。该等变动后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）于2026年2月19日结存为354,245,697股。
公司于2025年5月23日获股东大会通过股份回购授权，授权总数为37,239,649股。截至最新回购完成后，公司已累计回购20,675,017股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约5.55%。公司确认有关回购及相关手续已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及其他适用法律规定。
