Asia-Pac Financial (8193) Announces Interim Results for the Six Months Ended 30 September 2025

Asia-Pac Financial Investment Company Limited (Stock code: 8193) released its unaudited condensed consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2025. The group recorded total revenue of HK$11.99 million, compared to HK$10.86 million during the same period in the previous year. The increase was mainly attributed to stronger asset advisory and appraisal services. Marketing and administrative expenses rose to HK$10.70 million, while cost of sales amounted to HK$4.09 million.

During the reporting period, net fair value gain on financial assets at fair value through profit or loss reached HK$28.59 million, and there was an additional HK$0.98 million gain on disposal of such assets. These factors contributed to a profit for the period of HK$26.10 million, compared to a loss of HK$1.55 million in the same period last year. The profit attributable to owners of the company was HK$27.24 million. As at 30 September 2025, the company’s net current assets stood at HK$53.05 million, with total equity of HK$51.03 million.

The group continued to operate across four segments: asset advisory and appraisal services, corporate and consultancy services, media advertising, and financial services. Revenue from these segments collectively grew by around 10.1% year-on-year. According to the interim report, the group’s financial services business, which provides personal and commercial loans, had HK$38.90 million in net loan receivables as at 30 September 2025. Management indicated that all relevant internal controls and risk monitoring procedures have been in place for these loan portfolios.

The announcement also showed that as at 30 September 2025, the group reported financial assets at fair value through profit or loss of HK$71.15 million, including investments in issuers listed in Hong Kong and the United States. The group expects to maintain a diversified investment portfolio and closely track market developments to manage risk.
