Wai Chi Holdings Repurchases 7,000 Shares, Treasury Stock Rises to 2.96 Million

Wai Chi Holdings Company Limited disclosed that it bought back 7,000 ordinary shares on 15 July 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HKD 0.90 per share, spending HKD 6,300 in total.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 216.78 million to 216.77 million, representing a 0.0032% reduction. Treasury shares increased to 2.96 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 219.73 million.

The buy-back forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 27 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 21.97 million shares. Including the latest purchase, Wai Chi Holdings has repurchased 2.96 million shares, equivalent to 13.45% of the authorised limit.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 15 August 2026.
